DFW Consultancy Services will develop systems to measure performance in each of the key areas of the company’s activities. Using a range of skills, I am able to benchmark performance both internally and externally, implementing change to achieve measurable and sustainable performance improvement.

Having devised the programme of work with the management team, I am able to work with teams throughout the company to develop and implement extensive enhancements to the company’s management operating system. These are real improvements that actually increase the bottom line results.

This has led client companies to improve productivity, reduce overheads and to adopt ‘lean’ principles in order to streamline their business. Companies have also developed and implemented Quality and Environmental Management Systems. As an independent Management Consultant, I have built sound working relationships with various accreditation bodies. This has enabled me to advise client companies seeking registration, which accreditation body is most suitable for their needs.

I provide hands on advice directly assisting in the implementation of systems, methods and procedures. I tailor the system to the Company – not the Company to a set philosophy or an in-house consultancy approach.

As I work on a freelance basis, with minimal overheads, my rates are competitive and always negotiable. Work is not sub contracted unless first agreed with the client.
